1. What the Site provides

The Site provides general information on foreign-investment company setup, visas and permanent residence in Korea, and a form for requesting a consultation.

2. Nature of the information

Information on the Site is general guidance, not legal advice on your individual case. Laws, notices and administrative practice change, so please confirm your specific situation through a consultation.

3. Scope of services

The Office prepares and submits documents within the scope of an administrative agent under the Certified Administrative Agents Act of Korea. It does not represent clients in litigation or perform tax filing and adjustment, which belong to other licensed professions.

4. Consultation requests

Please provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a consultation. A request alone does not create an engagement; if you decide to engage the Office, a separate agreement is made. Personal information received with a request is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. User obligations

• Do not enter false information or use another person's information.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Site (for example, automated bulk requests).
• Do not use information on the Site for unlawful purposes.

6. Copyright

Copyright in the text, images and other content on the Site belongs to the Office or the rightful owner. You may not copy, distribute, transmit or use it commercially without prior permission.

7. External services

When you are taken to external services such as KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat or WhatsApp, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Limitation of liability

The Office tries to keep the information on the Site accurate but is not responsible for the results of decisions made solely on the basis of general information. The same applies when the Site is unavailable for reasons beyond the Office's control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

9. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the effective date and the changes will be posted on the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
