Privacy Policy

A-One Certified Administrative Agent (the "Office") has this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and to handle related concerns promptly.
1. Purpose of processing
We process personal information to receive consultation requests, verify and contact you, and answer your inquiry and carry out the consultation. We do not use it for any other purpose.
2. Information we process
- Consultation request: (required) name, email, services needed / (optional) phone number, messenger app and ID, nationality, inquiry details
- Detailed inquiry (optional): additional information you enter for the selected service and any extra message
- Collected automatically: Google Analytics cookies and access information for site statistics (IP address, browser and device information, pages visited), and access logs generated while providing the service
3. Retention period
Deleted without delay once the purpose of the consultation is fulfilled, unless the law requires us to keep it for a set period, in which case it is kept for that period.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties unless you consent or the law specifically requires it.
5. Processors and overseas transfer
To receive consultation requests, we entrust processing to the companies below, and personal information is transferred outside Korea in the process. The transfer happens over an encrypted network when you submit an inquiry or use the site, and the retention period is the same as in section 3.

6. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact the privacy officer below by email or phone and we will act without delay.
8. Security measures
Personal information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiry records is limited to the staff in charge.
9. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies for site statistics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings and still submit a consultation request.
